One of the largest complaints from fans about The CW's hit series "Arrow" is that Oliver Queen doesn't wear a mask when running around Starling City. Well good news folks, the "raccoon eyes" are no more! EW has revealed that Ollie's trademark mask will be making its debut on Arrow this December and we've got the photo to prove it.
