Latest News: Dumb and Dumber To Welcomes Back Billy in 4C

Dumb and Dumber To is turning into a true reunion as writers-directors Bobby and Peter Farrelly today revealed that Brady Bluhm, the actor who portrayed Billy in 4C in the 1995 original, will reprise his role for the much-anticipated sequel.

"It's official!" the brothers posted to Twitter. "Billy in 4C (I just thought he was really quiet) is returning in #DumbTo! Played again by the highly underrated Brady Bluhm."

Billy, fans will remember, was the blind neighbor boy to whom Jeff Daniels and Jim Carrey's Harry and Lloyd sold their headless bird, Petey. Composer Alexandre Desplat Joins Gareth Edwards' Godzilla

Five-time Academy Award nominee Alexandre Desplat is set to provide the score for director Gareth Edwards' upcoming Godzilla , says an update from Film Music Reporter .

Desplat, nominated for his work on Argo , The King's Speech , Fantastic Mr. Fox , The Curious Case of Benjamin Button and The Queen , also provided the score for Kathryn Bigelow's Zero Dark Thirty and will next take on George Clooney's The Monuments Men .

Hot News: Childhood is a Battlefield on the Set of Ender's Game

Visiting the New Orleans set of Ender's Game was a moment many would have never thought would happen. Orson Scott Card's 1985 novel was a landmark for many who consider its themes of youth trained to do battle with alien aggressors to be both poignant and, well, awesome. Its tortured three-decade trip to the screen was hampered by the enormous budget it would necessitate, not to mention the potential outrage of audiences who don't want to see middle school-aged kids turned into junior General Patton's.

NBC Plans Outbreak Series

A television series based on Wolfgang Petersen's 1995 thriller Outbreak is in development at NBC from "E.R." executive producers Jack Orman and John Wells, Deadline reports. Both men are scripting a pilot with aspirations to have the project become an ongoing hourlong show.

The film, which stars Dustin Hoffman, Morgan Freeman, Cuba Gooding Jr., Rene Russo, Kevin Spacey and Donald Sutherland, follows the spread of a viral epidemic that threatens to wipe out all human life.

Gail Katz, who produced the Petersen film, is also attached to produce the series with Andrew Stearn also listed as an executive producer.

Imaginary Stories: After The World's End

It's July in Camden Town, but it's not too warm and, anyway, the air conditioning is going strong inside this pub where I'm staring at the way a seemingly infinite supply of amber bubbles make a hasty vertical exit against the side of a third-round pint glass. The place is filled with familiar faces and, all around, spirits are high.

"Hello gentlemen," says a friendly voice, just arrived. "How are you all enjoying The World's End?"

The friendly voice belongs to Edgar Wright and the familiar faces to the small group of online journalists that he's invited to the premiere of his "Cornetto Trilogy" grand finale, The World's End . Daniel Craig Talks Tone of Bond 24

This summer brought the announcement that Daniel Craig would be coming back for another round as James Bond in the 24th film in the series, set to be released in November of 2015. Little is known about the film but, given the ending of 2012's Skyfall , fans have theorized that the series could go back to its roots with a tale similarly structured to some of the older entries in the franchise. Speaking with Vulture, Craig seems to confirm fan suspicion about the film's story, but says not to expect the campier elements.

Pulitzer Prize Winner Tracy Letts Eyes The Grapes of Wrath

Pulitzer Prize-winning playwright and screenwriter Tracy Letts is in talks to draft DreamWork's proposed re-adaptation of John Steinbeck's also Pulitzer Prize-winning tome The Grapes of Wrath , The Wrap reports.

Previously adapted for the screen by director John Ford in 1940, The Grapes of Wrath follows the Joads, a poor farming family, during the Great Depression.

Letts won his Pulitzer for his stage play August: Osage County and later adapted the story for the screen. The film version hits the big screen this Christmas. Among Letts' other big screen projects are Bug and Killer Joe .

Hot News: Ben Affleck Cast as Batman in Man of Steel Sequel!

It's official! Ben Affleck has been cast as Bruce Wayne/Batman in Zack Snyder's still untitled Superman/Batman sequel to this past summer's Man of Steel . Cary Fukunaga Targets Noble Assassin

Less than a day after word broke that Jane Eyre and Sin Nombre helmer Cary Fukunaga had signed on to direct Beasts of No Nation with Idris Elba in the lead, comes word, via Deadline , that Fukunaga will also tackle DreamWorks' Noble Assassin , based on an upcoming book by Paul Kix.

Noble Assassin aims to tell the true story of the recently-deceased Robert de la Rochefoucauld, who served as an expertly-trained member of the French Resistance during World War II.

Fukunaga will also produce the adaptation alongside Anonymous Content.

Having teased his Hercules costume on social media in the past , leading man Dwayne Johnson posted a new video to Instagram that offers another look along with a prank he plays on the film's prop supervisor. Check it out below!

The film, directed by Brett Ratner and also starring Ian McShane, Rufus Sewell, Joseph Fiennes, Peter Mullan, John Hurt, Rebecca Ferguson, Ingrid Bolsø Berdal, Aksel Hennie, Reece Ritchie and Tobias Santelmann, is based on the graphic novel "Hercules: The Thracian Wars." The ensemble-action film is a revisionist take on the classic myth set in a grounded world where the supernatural does not exist.

Sony Pictures Classics Releasing Bennett Miller's Foxcatcher on December 20

Director Bennett Miller has been on quite a roll since being nominated for an Oscar for directing Capote in 2006, having followed that with the similarly prestigious Brad Pitt baseball drama Moneyball , which received six Oscar nominations in 2012.

His new movie Foxcatcher has a similarly prominent cast of Channing Tatum, Mark Ruffalo, Steve Carell, Sienna Miller, Vanessa Redgrave and Anthony Michael Hall, and while it's still in post-production, Sony Pictures Classics has stepped forward to distribute it, announcing a release date of December 20.

Production Begins on Little Accidents, Starring Elizabeth Banks

Production is officially underway in West Virginia on the independent drama Little Accidents , the first feature film from writer/director Sara Colangelo. Hot News: Google Maps Invites You into Doctor Who's TARDIS

With the long-running sci-fi series celebrating its 50th anniversary this year, "Doctor Who" fans working for Google have worked a clever Easter egg into a recent Google Maps update. Not only can you spot the Doctor's TARDIS on the streets of London at this location , but a special arrow in the street allows users to actually travel inside and explore a 3D environment that's quite a bit bigger on the inside.

We're not sure how long the interior of the TARDIS has been online (the police box itself has apparently been there for awhile), but it was spotted today by Jalopink.com (via Tech Crunch ) and, while it's not necessarily entertainment news, it's just too fun a story not to share.

Newcomer Glen Powell Nabs Major Expendables 3 Role

Although his credits include a minor appearance in Christopher Nolan's The Dark Knight Rises (he played "Trader #1"), Glen Powell is a relatively newcomer to leading roles in Hollywood. Shooting on Marvel's upcoming film Guardians of the Galaxy is about halfway completed, but we've yet to see very much from the set of the film due to it primarily shooting on stages at Shepperton Studios. D23 Expo: Pixar Animation Studios News Roundup

Day 1 of the D23 Fan Expo saw the "Animation at The Walt Disney Studios Presentation" where Walt Disney and Pixar Animation Studios Chief Creative Officer John Lasseter appeared on stage to present exclusive footage and make some announcements about the upcoming Disney and Pixar Animation slates and some of the news highlights specifically for Pixar included:

Matt Bomer and Rashida Jones have joined the cast of the upcoming 20th Century Fox and DreamWorks Animation film B.O.O.: Bureau of Otherworldly Operations , The Wrap reports. They join the previously-attached Seth Rogen and Melissa McCarthy.
