Evangeline Lilly Targeted for Marvel Studios' Ant-Man!

Evangeline Lilly is in talks to join the cast of Marvel Studios' Ant-Man , Variety reports. The "LOST" and The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug star is said to be up for a leading role in the July 17, 2015 release.

Although Lilly's potential role is still a mystery, the trade suggests that she might either be playing a love interest to Paul Rudd's Scott Lang, the daughter of Michael Douglas' Hank Pym, or both. There is the possibility, too, that the role in question is that of Janet Van Dyne who, in the comics, was a romantic interest to Pym and the alter-ego of the winsome Wasp.

Kate Mara, Emmy Rossum and More Screen Test for Fantastic Four

A report from last month indicated that Twentieth Century Fox was ready to kick the casting process for their upcoming film The Fantastic Four into high gear and now it seems they've tested a number of actors just this week. The Hollywood Reporter has learned that Kate Mara ("House of Cards") and Emmy Rossum ("Shameless") have both tested for the part of Sue Storm and that Miles Teller, who has been in the running for some time, tested for the role of Reed Richards. The site also notes that British actor Christian Cooke tested for the role of Ben Grimm aka The Thing and that once again Michael B. Jordan is the only one in contention for the role of Johnny Storm.
